This was shot on a night drive home, with the only lights showing in the car being the lights and LEDs from the faint glow of electronics in the car. This is a smeared photo of the speedometer and the stereo of the car, which made a cool smear of lights with a lot of detail. This is a very unique photo that came from me playing around with different ways of smearing a photo. I was inspired by the motion of the photo, and I wanted to capture a sense of movement and atmosphere that goes beyond a basic car interior shot. Experimenting with camera techniques, I discovered that even everyday scenes can be transformed into something unexpected and visually unique.
