Drawing With Light

It’s unlike most, unique in its own way. It appears to almost faintly glow, as the hand picks it up, the pencil explodes with light. As the hand approaches a long paper, it lightly touches the pencil tip to the surface. It feels smooth against the paper, gliding as the hand holding it tightens its grip. Pressing harder, more light gushes out from the lead, the paper suddenly starts to tear! As it makes a loud RIIIIP- the underside is visible. The paper a path and the pencil their walking stick, the writer realizes this is how they write their story, with freedom to choose which way and what to draw, they begin to explore. And before they know it, the paper glows all over. It’s unlike most, but that's the beauty, each life wildly different from the next, neither right nor wrong, simply being written as each day passes.

An idea springs into a chaotic tree of visions. One struggles to snag a branch from the tree of visions in their mind and pull it into reality. The process leading someone to get that “Aha!” moment when creating, finally conjuring their idea into reality, to me, is creativity.
