This photograph is inspired by a Thai GL show, particularly a scene where the two main characters reunite after thirteen years apart. I chose Union Square in San Francisco as the setting because its busy streets perfectly represent the fast paced life of the city. I incorporated the signature red bus to strengthen the movements and energy. Through the contrast between stillness and motion, I wanted to highlight human vitality—our ability to stay calm in the storm—and the determination to slow down, live authentically, and resist being swept away by social norms.
