This piece is made with a grid framework in mind. Mismatched facial features are scattered across the body and vibrant blue stripes contrast the earthy brown, representing the cycle of human life, coming from the soil and returning to it. The rich blue represents water; a basic necessity.

Creativity to me is an outlet of personal expression. I make what makes me happy regardless of if it speaks to others or reaches a specific audience. I'm passionate about drawing and painting, and just last year I started ceramics.
