• Artist Statement

  As the tide retreats, coastal birds parade the shoreline looking for their meal. I spent time watching this Snowy Egret make its way through shore. The contrast of the white bird and the blue water makes for a beautiful display of nature. I will probably never see this particular bird again, but it's presence in this moment in time is captures by my camera to be preserved forever.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity is seeing the mundane. The right moment may never happen, but when every moment is right that when you can live to the fullest. There is a spark in everything, and all you have to do it take a moment to look around.
