• Artist Statement

  Memory is such a fragile word, and I've always struggled with it. I'd like to have an eidetic memory, at least in theory. I wrote this at night, inspired by sieves and dementia.

  Creativity is self-expression regardless of the end result. It means putting part of yourself into something, building worlds and emotions, and making it yours.
