• Artist Statement

  Escaping Procrastination is about breaking free from daily temptations that hinder your growth as an artist and as a person. The boy is pushing forward, away from the things that have been holding him back from achieving his dreams. The piles of empty pages represent the wasted possibilities from constant procrastination. As his time is running out, he suddenly gains inspiration. This inspiration pushes him to take steps towards his dreams. This piece is very personal to me as procrastination has always been a huge problem for me as a person and an artist.
