My work focused on capturing the emotion and energy of live music. I focused on capturing the small details that revealed who they were beyond the stage lights. In this photograph, I aimed to freeze the connection between the musician and the environment. Shooting in black and white allowed me to strip away distractions and focus on his expression rather than the color. I approached that performance with a documentary mindset, trying to tell a story with every photo I captured. My goal was for viewers to not just see the moment, but feel the atmosphere. Ultimately, my photography was about honoring the craft of musicians and preserving the moments that made live music unforgettable.

Creativity to me means being authentic. That means seeing meaningful compositions in the ordinary. I try to make my work creative, as I find it helps me express myself better. Creativity, to me, is allowing yourself to capture what you want.
