• Artist Statement

  When I finished my final pottery class in middle school, I had many project ideas that couldn't be fulfilled because of time restraints and project requirements. When I got to high school I had so much more freedom with my creations and was able to get out of my comfort zone and pass my limitations. This piece expresses that by showing how the hand is the limitations and how the dart is surpassing the hand such as my creative mindset.
