When students dedicate so much of their time to sports, after highschool/college, they don't have a path to follow and tend to be stuck in the past, since professional sports are incredibly selective. I go to an incredibly competitive school when it comes to sports and see many of my peers be only focused on athletics. Messy and uncontrolled strokes are used to give the walls a beaten up look. Colors are all blended together except for the character, who still stands out in the light to show his once lit passion and prime, but still showing how his liferemains dull.

Creativity means human expression in it's most purest form. Raw human emotions, thoughts, and expressions all put into something tangible. Creativity is the reason we have developed so much as a species and as a society.
