• Artist Statement

  In my painting I would like viewers to get to know me better. In the painting you will see how in the middle there is the Holy Sacrament which in Catholicism has a great meaning of God being in that little piece of bread. Next you will see the Church which is the church I grew up in. (St. John the Baptist in San Lorenzo). Then you will see my favorite car of all time, the 1969 Chevy Camaro. You can also see in the border a burnt paper which I thought gave it a really cool effect. These are a few things that have become important to me especially as I grow and mature because they are what I look forward to everyday. Keeping my faith strong in God and achieving that dream of one day having that 1969 Camaro.
