• Artist Statement

  Flowers is a set of three poems that work to tell a partial story together, and build on context given by the previous. The ending of it is left very ambiguous, as is everything else, and that is by design. The poems were written while a was a sophomore, and I had begun writing them individually, but eventually included them in a poetry project for my English class.

• Creative Statement

  I think to me creativity is just how people express themselves. I think that it is an important thing for people to express it, and I don't think there is any advantage to limiting creativity for those who want to be creative.
