When writing this piece, my intention was to create a comforting poem for those who have lost someone close to them. Death is something that will happen to everyone. In western culture, people tend to look at death as a burden that clings onto you for life. Instead of looking at death in a bad light, people could view it as something that only comes after someone has lived. You should focus on their life and how they lived it, not the end of it.

Creativity, to me, is like a seed that you plant. It buds life and vibrancy; unprecedented, yet welcome shapes; things that you don't expect. The fun in life comes from surprise. Monotonous things happen everyday, so why not break the mould through your work?
