• Artist Statement

  Lies is about the honest truth of our lives. If you connect with it, so do I. Life can be hard, and our emotions can get confusing. Sometimes I wonder if I actually feel what I am feeling, or what I am saying to my friends is the truth. How can you tell? Lies is all about feeling alone, fake, and like you are lying to everyone, even yourself. It is about how lying feels easier then being exposed, then being judged. In the end, it is about fear.

  Creativity is freedom. Creativity frees us from the bounds of mental life, and lets us reach beyond the box, expressing our freedom with our words.
