This poem explores my own interpretation of love through capitalization and its absence, extended metaphors, various images, structure, and a slant sonnet style. I address the paradox of the human heart; something both fragile and strong beyond our measure.

Creativity is everything I want to say but cannot; it's the expression of everything that goes unexpressed, the dregs of emotion that settle to the bottom of our hearts covered by the haze of reality. Creativity takes that emotion and thrusts it out into the world.
