In April of 2025, an accident on a lacrosse field left me in the ER with a torn ACL and meniscus. I fell in love with lacrosse at a young age, and built my strength and athleticism in the sport for the last six years. While going through this separation from my sport has been the hardest think that I've had to endure, it has given me a new perspective and appreciation of the game. I decided to draw a pair of lacrosse goggles to represent my hope and determination to come back to the game stronger than before. My drawing shows the deep connection and fierce passion that I have for lacrosse, a connection no injury could ever take away.

To me, creativity means taking a passion or idea, and turning it into something that reflects a piece of yourself. Creativity means bringing out-of-this-world ideas into reality, and the impossible to fruition.
