• Artist Statement

  This painting is inspired by the phrase “love birds” it’s a curious saying but none the less a popular one. The image that comes to my head when hearing that saying is two swans who are intertwined together as if nothing could separate them. I made the backround black to show in this moment, nothing else matters to these two love birds, just eachother.
