• Artist Statement

  I wrote this piece to explore the pressure to constantly "improve", and the danger hidden in the language of self-help. There is a fine line between self-improvement and obsession, and its pursuit can consume one’s identity.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity to me is making the invisible visible through words and emotions, and using our imagination to explore ideas in unexpected, new ways.
