This black and white double exposure shows an abandoned park with a fading river cutting through it, with white space acting like a bright scar. The swings and overgrown path appear and act as a creepy background with lots of interesting details. In the background, the mountains have gray tones, adding depth. The contrast in colors between the dark, forgotten park and the glowing river created a feeling of time slipping through the landscape. Both revealing what remains and what has already disappeared.

Creativity for me is using my photography to express myself and create new work that I feel proud of. It is a time where I distract myself from my hardships in life that I am working through while finding a moment of calm and clarity.
