I took this photo while exploring a shallow river inside of a ravine. There’s walls of rock on both sides of me, blocking most of the sunlight. As I turned the corner, there was a couple holding hands in front of me and were being silhouetted by the sun hitting the rocks. They were the only people in this area despite there being lots of people there that day, and so I saw the perfect opportunity to capture their photo without anybody else in the frame. I then framed the couple to be between the two shadowed rock walls to show them walking towards the sunlight.

Finding different ways to capture and tell all kinds of stories in photographs, as well as being able to give meaning to photos, is what creativity means to me in photography.
