Who am I?

  • Through my art, I wanted to explore the subtle but unsettling ways mirrors can alter our self perception. In each reflection, I purposely emphasized the distortion with some faces appearing older and others with shifted expressions. Which reflection is the “real” one? Do any of them fully capture the person standing outside the frame? By highlighting these discrepancies, I hope to show that mirrors aren’t always reflective of who we truly are.

  • To me, creativity is freedom. Freedom to explore new ideas. Freedom to break rules. Freedom to express myself fully in any way, shape, or form.
