• Artist Statement

  I was in a car driving on the highway at 10:30pm, in the Yukon. Because we were so far north, it was still the golden hour. I was struck by the symmetry of the empty road and the spectacular mountains in the distance. Since there were no cars, we stopped in the middle of the highway and I got out to take this picture.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity, to me, means being able to come up with your own ideas and use your mind to create new concepts without being limited by what already exists.
