I once had a dream about a museum that had the shape of a cube, where every room was an immersive experience about a portion of the exhibit. Inspired by this dream, I drew a view of the scrambled, rubik's cube like panes. Each color coded section is a location that I hold fondly in memory, like green being my maternal grandparents farm and purple as my paternal grandparents houses. Blue being the downtown in our neighborhood that my friends and I would go after school, and the grey being the elementary school I went to in Virginia. The red is my uncle’s ice cream shop, and the beige my childhood room. This cube is a self portrait that shows them mixing my experiences as the pieces are mismatched then put back together, making me who I am.

Creativity is another way I express myself. When I cannot describe feelings or thoughts through words, drawing is how I communicate them. It is a fun medium to tell stories in.
