Much of my writing consists of themes such as longing, adventure, romance and unspoken words between the poet and their muse. This poem was inspired by a deep longing to understand and get closer to them in the only way I know how--by expressing my affection for them creatively.

Creativity means finding any unique way to express yourself that you enjoy and is admirable. It took a long time for me to realize that creativity isn't only one category of art; but a broader category of multiple arts. Once I learned that, I became more comfortable with my style.
