This was one of my first fully completed pieces of a portrait, my favorite thing to draw. I looked at a huge collection of references to make the girl and flowers convincing, and the artstyle I went for was made of major inspiration from Mucha's artworks and famous French painters. The artwork definitely had a rough start, but it felt amazing to have one piece of work I've spent so much time on.

I love making stories and displaying them in my art. I use creativity to make something that people feel good looking at. I've also shared creative thoughts with people through all of my life, and it's inspired me to continue in understanding how to make an illustration.
