• Artist Statement

  I performed this song in August of this year, in a local competition, Lamorinda Idol. I created my own instrumental working with professional musicians in a studio. When creating the track and deciding how I wanted to sing it I made executive choices to keep the track close to the Ella Fitzgerald version, while adding my own flair.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity is everything to me. Creativity lets me express myself uniquely, not only through music but also clothing, hair colors, and physical art. I value creativity because it's something intrinsic to our minds, and something no one can take away from me.
