Just a 10 minute bike ride out to Newark's backyard, near the bay, lay Newark's beautiful marshes. Teeming with harmless wildlife so close to the city,, it lets the residents of Newark enjoy a little bit of nature. I was running out on the trail back there one evening and there I saw it. Layers of beautiful green and reflective water so perfectly laid it looked like a painting. This marshland is in the talks to become new houses in the near future and we need everyone who truly cares about nature to join the fight. This image is more than just a photograph, it is a chance for people to see true Newark.
