My artist statement is a piece that means a lot to me, it's about losing a loved one, and the aftermath of it. And the effect of what losing someone so close to your heart could feel like. It's a poem that I feel like many people could love and relate to. I’ve written many pieces in the past about everything but this was a piece that greatly showed off my mindset when it came to writing, and it's a piece I’ll always be proud of.

To me, creativity means you. It shows what you're capable of making and doing. It's a skill that everyone has, but not everybody has the opportunity to show it to the world. Creativity has always been a big part of my life since I was young, and will always continue.
