I had a bunch of plastic water bottles left around and wanted to do something with them. I was inspired by seeing a video of a peacock flying and my childhood peacock character that I had made up who would go on adventures with her siblings. It was a process of trial and error, where every piece I glued on was going to be permanent and a commitment. I used a series of connected plastic spoons and knives to support the appendages, and finally coated it with acrylic paint to give it color and solidness.

Creativity for me means experimentation and problem solving. I like trying different media and that inevitably comes with many learning curves and challenges, like how to bring something from my imagination to life through each medium.
