I used a reference of a family friend's new persimmon tree from their new house. I don't really like to eat persimmons, but the amazing view I saw of this persimmon tree in the rain was so inspiring, I took a photo and wanted to paint it. This was my first time using acrylic paint, and I'm very proud of myself!
