This piece is a homage to the Art Nouveau movement of the late 19th century, specifically the way visual design and intricate linework were used to frame their subjects. I was especially inspired by the colors and the nostalgia that come with the end of summer, so I wanted to capture this feeling in a single, vibrant snapshot. I connected this idea to the overarching style in order to embody summer's fleeting last moments as my own interpretation of them.

To me, creativity is an inherently human ability because it is brainstorming new ideas, plans, and ways to express yourself. Feeling the strike of inspiration at any moment and being able to channel this through creativity is essential to growing and improving life around you, step by step.
