• Artist Statement

  “The blacksmith” is about the dynamics between writers and their process of creating their pieces. I believe the shaping of metal, the creations made by blacksmiths, relate to the creativity of a writer and how they think up their stories and tales. It defines my writing process and what it feels like as I meld meaningless words into something bright and new.

  Creativity means life and beauty and everything that shows people how endless their limits are. It defines human nature and the exquisite magnificence that they can create out of their imagination.
