• Artist Statement

  The things we know can put a filter on how we see people. I wrote this poem after a time I learned that someone I adored has kept secrets and lied to me, causing me to see this person in a different light. I realized that the person I thought I knew wasn't who they made me think they were.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity is a way to speak through meaningful ways. Ways that need to be looked at more thoroughly to truly understand the underlying meaning. Every design has a purpose. A purpose we'll never find without asking the right questions.
