Where The Kite Wanders

In this moment captured by my camera, my younger cousin stands at the edge of an open field, releasing a bright kite into the sky. I was really drawn to how her imagination almost seems to lift with it- representing how the mind and imagination of a child wanders as freely as a kite in the wind. In this image, the kite becomes more than a toy; it represents the gentle drift of curiosity that all children have, a nostalgic feeling that many felt when they were children. This photo reminds me of those small specific joys that we often forget, such as running through the grass without a care in the world, and an imagination with no limit.

In my mind, creativity means freedom. The freedom to express thoughts and emotions to the outside world. To me it also means doing something special, something that people haven't done or seen before.
