Remembrance in Death
I explored symbols of death, and remembering and honoring those who have died through this piece.
The Places in Me
This piece shows five places from my life that have had a large impact on the development of my personal identity.
I can't see you. You can't hurt me.
This piece reckons with the realities of escapism, and the mutual and internal hurt of conflicting identities.
Visitors to the Blank Canvas
This artwork reflects my desire to bring my creativity to the world.
Infinity Gauntlet Cup
My artwork is the Infinity Gauntlet Cup from Marvel which can be used as a cup to drink from. It took me around 2 months to finish it and I’d say it came out better than what I expected.
Jada's First Birthday
I made this piece from a photo of my sister that was taken on her first birthday.
Bridge Above the Fall
This piece helped me learn about light, how details can be inferred from thicker brushstrokes, and how bigger brushes can create unique texture.
Glow of the Pass
In this piece, basketball is not the tool for winning but the medium to reveal the invisible work that the game demands.
Come To Life
I drew my two original characters inspired by a taro milk tea and a pumpkin spice latte on shrink plastic.
Awkward Self
This awkward self portrait represents the way I feel on the inside on some days.
Girl with Begonia
This was one of my first fully completed pieces of a portrait, my favorite thing to draw. I looked at a huge collection of references to make the girl and flowers convincing, and the artstyle I went for was made of major inspiration from Mucha's artworks and famous French painters.
